At AH Jewelry Design, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Below, you’ll find details about our shipping, return, cancellation, and repair policies.
Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping: Free on all U.S. orders.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping Method: We exclusively use FedEx Overnight Shipping to ensure the safety and timely delivery of your jewelry.
- Declared Value Coverage: FedEx offers declared value coverage for overnight shipping, with a maximum declared value of $50,000 per shipment.
International Shipping
- Shipping Cost: $150 flat fee for all international orders.
- Shipping Times: Delivery times may vary based on the destination country. Please note that customs clearance can add to these timeframes.
- Customs Fees: The customer is responsible for any additional customs fees or taxes imposed by their country.
Return Policy
If you’re unhappy with your order, we gladly accept returns for non-custom items within 10 days of delivery (as indicated by courier notification). Returns are for store credit only and must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Packaging: Items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or any gifts with purchase.
- Exclusions:
- Personalized, name, initial styles, and any custom orders are FINAL SALE, including items featuring a single initial.
- ALL international orders are FINAL SALE.
Please Note:
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the credited amount.
- Items damaged during return transit will not be accepted. Please carefully pack your items to ensure they arrive safely.
- All returns undergo an inspection process. If the returned package does not meet our criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply additional fees.
How to Make a Return
- Request a Return: Visit https://www.ahjewelrydesign.com/tools/returns to request a return.
- Pack the Item: Ensure the item is in its original packaging and packed securely in a shipping box. Do not use an envelope, as this may damage the item.
- Ship the Item: Print your return label and send the package back to us.
- Processing Time: Allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. Once processed, you will receive an email notification.
Note: AH Jewelry Design is not responsible for returned items damaged in the mail or lost if shipped without using our label.
Cancellation Policy
Each order is processed into our production system automatically. For this reason, we are unable to make changes or cancel an order once it has been placed.
Repair Policy
We are proud of the quality of our jewelry and are here to help if your AH Jewelry Design piece needs repair.
- Within 30 Days: Repairs requested within 30 days of purchase are completed free of charge.
- After 30 Days: Repairs beyond 30 days may incur additional fees (e.g., for missing diamonds or necklace remakes). Shipping fees and any other repair-related costs will be discussed and agreed upon prior to completing your repair.
How to Request a Repair:
- Contact support@ahjewelrydesign.com with your order number and an image of the piece requiring repair.
Processing Time: Repairs typically take 4-6 weeks, depending on complexity. High order volumes or unexpected delays may extend this timeline. Please note, repairs for items altered or repaired outside of AH Jewelry Design, or lost items, are not covered under warranty.
